2.14 Statutory Right of Withdrawal

2.15 THE CONDITIONS AND THE TIME LIMITS

2.17 EXCHANGE POLICY

At our sole option, you may exchange your product (“Original Product”) for another product (“New Product”) under certain conditions. The condition for an exchange is always stock availability. The original product must be returned in accordance with our returns policy as set out in Article 2.14. If you do not return the original product in accordance with our returns policy, we may not refund you (in full) or we may charge you the price of the new product. The price of the new product will be the price of the original product, even if the price and/or applicable taxes have changed in the meantime.
